Our Mission
Large workforces, especially those that are shift-based, field-based, or distributed across multiple sites, face a constant challenge. They need to know who is fit for duty each day, respond to health and safety signals quickly, and manage return-to-work processes fairly. All while respecting employee privacy and meeting regulatory requirements in every jurisdiction where they operate.

Our Story
Gomgasht was born in 2020, when a workforce health organization in the UAE needed to coordinate daily screening across multiple sites during the pandemic. Existing tools (spreadsheets, email, paper forms) could not keep up. Our team built the first version in weeks and deployed it across all locations.
What started as an urgent response became a permanent operational layer. Over six years, we expanded from basic screening into a full workforce health operating system: triage, case management, return-to-work, environmental risk, and analytics. The platform has operated continuously since 2020, serving thousands of workers every day.
In 2025, we rebuilt the platform on modern cloud-native architecture to serve organizations globally. Today, Gomgasht operates from Dubai and supports teams across the Middle East, North America, and Europe.
