API response times increased to 800ms (normally under 200ms) for approximately 25 minutes due to a network routing change by our cloud provider. No data loss. Resolved automatically after provider rollback.

Scheduled maintenance: database migration

Planned 15-minute maintenance window for schema migration. All services restored on schedule. Customers were notified 72 hours in advance.

SMS delivery delays (North America)

January 5, 2026

Screening notification SMS messages experienced 3-5 minute delays for US and Canadian numbers due to upstream carrier congestion. Dashboard and API were unaffected. Resolved after carrier stabilization.
